At Drive & Music, we are committed to providing a safe and transparent shopping experience.

2. Order Processing

Once payment is confirmed, the order enters the processing stage, which usually takes 1 to 5 business days.
During this period, the product is selected, packed, and prepared for shipment by our supplier.

In some cases — especially during high-demand periods (such as promotions or holidays) — processing time may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Origin

Drive & Music works with international suppliers located in China and the United States of America (USA) through the Zendrop platform.
Therefore, all orders are shipped directly from the suppliers’ warehouses to the customer.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

The average delivery time depends on the product and the country of origin, typically as follows:

10 to 25 business days for Portugal and other EU countries;

15 to 30 business days for other international destinations.


The above timeframes are average estimates. Drive & Music is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, such as:

Customs clearance procedures;

Strikes or logistical restrictions;

International holidays;

Weather conditions or transport disruptions.

5. Order Tracking

Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
Tracking information may take a few days to update due to international carrier processing.

Customers can follow their order status using the link provided in the confirmation email or through driveandmusic.com/track-order (if available).

6. Separate Shipments

Because we work with multiple suppliers, items from the same order may be shipped separately, each with its own tracking number.

This ensures faster and more efficient delivery — at no additional cost to the customer.

7. Customs Fees and Import Taxes

In most cases, orders are delivered without additional fees.
However, in rare situations, customs duties or local import taxes may apply, especially for shipments originating outside the European Union.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility, as per the import regulations of the destination country.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Drive & Music is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If an order is returned to the sender, we may offer to reship it upon payment of the new shipping costs.

9. Lost or Delayed Deliveries

If an order has not been delivered within 60 business days, the customer should contact us at contact@driveandmusic.com to open an investigation.
After review, we may issue either a free replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.
